“I was again put in the mood to draw a character that I never drew before, so I chose April from the April-December portrait. I dunno ‘bout you all, but I always got kind of a snobbish vibe from her (the combination of her posture and her rigid facial expression probably explains it); that’s why I drew her the way I did.”
